Handpainted Iced Christmas Cake - treat size

Christmas cake: Vine fruits (currants, sultanas, raisins, sunflower oil), Dark muscovado sugar, BUTTER (MILK, salt), WHEAT flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine, raising agents E450i, E500ii, E341i), Icing (sugar, glucose syrup, certified sustainable palm oil, water, modified maize starch, humectant: glycerine, emulsifier: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids, stabiliser: carboxymethylcellulose, preservative: potassium sorbate, sweetener: sorbitol, flavouring), Marzipan (sugar, ALMONDS, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, preservative: potassium sorbate), Sherry, EGG, ALMONDS, Brandy (2%), Black treacle, Dried cranberries (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), Orange juice & zest, Dried Apricots (apricots, SULPHUR DIOXIDE), Prunes, Apricot jam (glucose fructose syrup, apricots, pectin, sugar, citric acid, sodium tri-citrate), Dates, HAZELNUTS, Mixed spice, Colours (E124, E102, E133, E122, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin).

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, please store in an airtight container and consume within 48 hours.                    

The cake will be wrapped in a compostable cellulose bag that can be disposed of in your home compost bin.
