Gingerbread Sleigh & Reindeer kit

The kit contains 12 gingerbread pieces, ready to mix royal icing, a selection of natural sprinkles, compostable piping bags and a full set of instructions.

Ingredients

Biscuit: WHEAT flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), BUTTER (MILK, salt), dark brown sugar, golden syrup, ginger, cinnamon, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, cloves.

Royal Icing: Sugar, free range EGG albumen, citric acid, anti-caking agent: calcium phosphate.

Sprinkles: Sugar, dextrose, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup, colouring (concentrate of radish, lemon, blackcurrant, algae, safflower, carrot, spirulina, blueberry, carbon, titanium dioxide), vegetable oils: coconut, sunflower, rapeseed, potato starch, rice flour, glazing agents: beeswax, carnuba wax, shellac, thickener: gum tragacanth.
