The cakes are baked in late summer; the fruit soaked for at least a week in a heady mix of brandy and citrus juices. They are then fed regularly with a delicious brandy liqueur as they mature to perfection ready for Christmas.
Our award-winning Fig & Chocolate 'salami' is great for gifting. The baking kits make excellent creative presents.

Gluten free / dairy free cakes are made immediately after the bakery has had a full cleandown, but are made using the same equipment.
