Delivery

Mail order items only - We will usually dispatch your order within two working days of receipt, but most will be dispatched the same day. Some orders may take a little longer, especially if they contain personalised items. Parcels are sent with Royal Mail. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched. Tracking numbers can be provided if required. Unfortunately we are unable to specify a delivery date for parcels that are sent using Royal Mail parcel post and recommend that you choose Special Delivery if you require your item for a specific date.
